Lee Rotherham

Managing Director

For the previous 15+ years, Lee has been analysing, interpreting and managing transactions and situations, both strategically and financially. With experience across a range of industries, Lee is committed to providing good outcomes for his clients.

Lee is motivated by challenges and bound by integrity. He works hard to exceed the expectations of his clients who range from Senior Management to Boards and shareholders.

When he’s not managing West Coast Capital, Lee can be found surfing, fishing and diving, being a jack-of-all-trades in one of his other business ventures or spending time with his young family.

RUBY MEYER

Ruby joined West Coast Capital in 2023, stepping into a junior role assisting across all business areas. She graduated from the University of Auckland in 2020 with a BSc in Statistics and Mathematics and gained a PgDip in Actuarial Science at Victoria University in 2021.

Prior to joining WCC, she gained experience in an actuarial consulting role at a Big 4 accounting firm whilst undertaking her actuarial qualification. This gave her exposure to working with a vast number of clients and engagements in the insurance and banking sectors, including hedge fund accounting and industry performance research.

In Ruby’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends, going to the beach, being out in nature with her pets, or getting stuck in a good book.
